    Our recruitment and onboarding practices are designed to be thorough, inclusive, and welcoming to all SPs.

    We strive to assign projects equitably, ensuring balanced work opportunities across our SP pool.

    In collaboration with TFOM Equity Offices and subject matter experts, we offer workshops that promote awareness and understanding of equity-related issues.

    We work closely with Clinical Skills Program Directors to align our efforts with broader educational goals.

Acknowledging Challenges

We recognize that achieving full representation in our SP pool comes with challenges. Factors such as the casual nature of employment, sporadic project schedules, SP availability, and retention can impact diversity efforts. The SPP remains committed to addressing these challenges through ongoing collaboration, engagement, and dialogue with clients and stakeholders.
