SPP Project Cancellation Policy

When a project cancellation is received from the Client at any time:

  1. Prior to 14 business day before the project date, the Client will be responsible for paying 100% of total project costs incurred by the Standardized Patient Program up to the date of receipt of notice of cancellation.
  2. Within 14 business days and up to 48 hours prior, to the project date, the Client will be responsible for paying
    • 100% of total projects costs incurred by the Standardized Patient Program up to the date of receipt of notice of cancellation notice of cancellation plus 50% of project day(s) costs.
  3. Within 48 hours of the project date, the Client will be responsible for paying 100% of total project costs incurred up to notice of cancellation and 100% of project day(s) costs.

Project costs include any expenses incurred or committed by the Standardized Patient Program in preparation for the Project.

Project day costs include any costs estimated for the day-of activities.
