The Terms and Conditions for every SPP Project is listed in the Project Estimate provided by the Project Manager. Please review the Terms and Conditions before confirming the project by email or verbally over the phone.
The Terms and Conditions For SPP Projects are:
If the client requires an in-person or online project to be recorded for educational purposes, the client must inform the Project Manager and will be provided with an Online Simulation and Media Consent and Release Form.
If the project scope changes from the project estimate (e.g., if the project went overtime), the estimate will be adjusted, and the adjustment will be confirmed in writing by the Project Manager prior to invoicing.
The Standardized Patient Program will own any equipment or material purchased by the SPP for use in performing the Services unless purchased on behalf of the client.
The client will provide all necessary details required to complete the project, including but not limited to facility space for the project, specific location (e.g., Building, Clinic, Floor and Room number etc.), any relevant administrative support contact information, equipment and supplies (e.g., PPE, sanitation supplies etc.) as agreed with the SPP and reasonably necessary.
If any Standardized Patients are injured at the work site, the SPP will follow University of Toronto health and safety protocols and facilitate claims and reporting to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
Clients are requested to report any feedback or concerns relating to Standardized Patients to the Project Manager.
