What Happens After You Submit a Booking Form?

Process for Booking form

Once your Booking Form is submitted, here’s what you can expect:

  1. Initial Review
Our intake team will carefully review each request to assess the suitability of involving Standardized Patients in your project.
  2. Follow-Up Contact
If your project is deemed appropriate for SPP involvement, a Project Manager will reach out to the contact listed in your form. This may include scheduling a virtual meeting or sending a set of follow-up questions to better understand your needs.
  3. Project Scoping
After receiving all necessary project details, the Project Manager will prepare a customized estimate for your review based on a number of factors including complexity of the role/project, whether training is needed, location, etc.
  4. Approval
You can approve the project by simply replying via email.
  5. Implementation
Once approved, the Project Manager will begin recruiting Standardized Patients and coordinating the implementation of your project. Throughout, the Project Manager will be in touch with you on any updates, roadblocks, etc.
  6. Completion
  • Once the project is complete, you can provide feedback to the Project Manager by email, virtual meeting or phone call.
  • The Project Manager will email you an invoice for the project. We ask that this be addressed within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
