Access Email Using Your UToronto Email Address

Every U of T employee generates a Utoronto email when they activate their UTORid as a new employee, which can be accessed here.

To access your Utoronto Email account, you need:

  1. To be a new or active SP (have worked in the last 3 months).
  2. Your UTORid (contact the SPP or use this link if you don’t remember yours).
  3. The password you created when activating your UTORid. 
  4. To use the two-step sign-in security process known as multi/two-factor authentication (UTORMFA - See how to sign up here)
  5. Use the password reset link password reset for forgotten passwords, or contact the Help Desk, First Floor, Robarts Library, 416-978-HELP (4357), help.desk@utoronto.ca.
  6. Access your Utoronto email here: https://mail.utoronto.ca/
  7. If you have met all of the above criteria but still cannot access your email, you might need to reactivate your email address here: Reactivate Email
